1/2 cup sugar*
3/4 cup Meyer lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
In a small bowl, combine sugar and 1/2 cup of water; microwave on high until hot, about 1 minute; stir until sugar dissolves. In small pitcher, combine Meyer lemon juice, 2 cups of water and dissolved sugar; refrigerate until desired.
Yield: about 4 cups
*Meyer Lemonade, using about one third less sugar than traditional lemonade, has the distinctively mild, sweet, tangy flavor of Meyer lemons.
