Breakfast Berry Smoothie

In your blender add:

2 cups of ice
2 cups of frozen mixed berries
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
1 ripe banana
4 Dandy clementines – juiced
6 Dandy celery snack sticks diced
8 baby carrots diced

*optional: 6oz. plain Greek yogurt 

Blend well until all of the ingredients are mixed well.  Enjoy!

Strawberry and Meyer Lemon Yogurt Freeze

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

1 cup Strawberries
2 each Meyer lemons
1 cup Plain or vanilla yogurt
¼ cup Orange juice
1 ½ cups Crushed ice
1 packet artificial sweetener

Directions:

  1. Wash strawberries and remove any green leaves.
  2. Zest one lemon and juice both.
  3. Add zest, lemon juice, orange juice and strawberries to a blender.
  4. Blend on high for 2 minutes or until very smooth.  Stop the blender.
  5. Add yogurt, sweetener and ice to the blender.
  6. Blend on high until a slush begins to form.
  7. Serve in frozen martini glasses with fresh fruit garnish. Enjoy!

Good Morning Breakfast Smoothie

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

1 Banana
1 Apple
1 cup Strawberries
1 cup Raspberries
1 cup blueberries
½ cup Meyer lemon juice
½ cup Pineapple juice
½ cup Orange juice

Directions:

For a great way to start the day, always have fresh fruit out and about.  Put whatever you have around the kitchen in a blender with some Meyer lemon juice to add a kick.

  1. For this breakfast smoothie add all ingredients to the blender.
  2. Puree on medium for 1 minute then finish on high for 1 minute.
  3. Drink right away and have a great day.

Citrus Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups of ice
1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
1 Dandy Red Grapefruit, juiced
1 Dandy Navel Orange, juiced
1 Dandy Clementine, peeled
½ cup of water
½ cup of soy or Almond milk
1 Stevia packet

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend mixture on high until desired consistency
