In your blender add:
2 cups of ice
2 cups of frozen mixed berries
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
1 ripe banana
4 Dandy clementines – juiced
6 Dandy celery snack sticks diced
8 baby carrots diced
*optional: 6oz. plain Greek yogurt
