3 Tbs. Grape seed Oil
1 Tbs. Red wine Vinegar
2 diced garlic cloves
1 squeezed Dandy lemon
1 cup of Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1 cup of Fat Free Sour Cream
1 Tsp. Dill
1 Tsp. Dandy Parsley
1 cucumber peeled and diced
pinch of salt & pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients until desired consistency is reached.
Serve with low fat Crackle Bread.
