8 egg whites
1 cup oates
½ cup natural applesauce
1 heaping scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup of blueberries
½ cup squeezed Dandy Orange juice
1 tbs. Dandy Orange zest
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tbs. Vanilla extract
½ cup raw walnuts chopped
½ tsp. Salt
1. Beat the egg whites
2. Add the vanilla extract, applesauce & Dandy Fresh squeezed orange juice.
3. Add in the baking powder, salt, Vanilla protein powder & oats.
4. Lastly, add blueberries and Dandy Orange zest.
5. Bake in coated muffin pan at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or when tops are just turning brown.
6. Serve and enjoy!
