Best Grilled Corn EVER!

6 large Dandy corn on the cob, shucked and brushed with olive oil
1/4 c butter, softened
1/4 c olive oil mayo
2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
zest of 1 Dandy lemon
3 oz. asiago cheese, shredded
1/2 Tbsp. everglades seasoning season salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin powder


Preheat grill to medium high. Place each oiled corn on the cob in a piece of aluminum foil. Roll and secure ends. Grill for 15 minutes or until corn is tender. Next, combine ingredients  in a mixing bowl. Brush hot corn on the cob with the mixture. Finish by topping with additional chives.

    I make mine this way except I use parmigiano cheese
