Light Loaded Nachos



1 Bag Each Baked Yellow & Blue Tortilla Chips
1 package 99% Fat free ground turkey
1 clove garlic minced
1 small red onion finely diced
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne
Dash of salt and pepper
Dash of Chipotle Tobasco Sauce
1 tomato diced
2 whole radishes diced
1/4 cup Dandy Cilantro chopped
3/4 can of rinsed black beans
1 cup shredded 2% colby jack cheese
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup salsa


  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat and saute turkey with the garlic, 1/2 of the red onion, salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne, chipotle and Tobasco sauce until the meat is cooked through
  2. Place a mound of yellow and blue baked tortilla chips on a serving platter
  3. Top chips with layers of turkey mix, diced tomato, radish, red onion, cilantro, black beans, shredded cheese, sour cream and salsa
