Orange Blossoms

1 (18 1/2 ounce) package orange cake mix
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
4 large eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil


4 cups confectioners’ sugar
1/3 cup water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 -2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into mini muffin pans sprayed with nonstick vegetable oil. Bake in a preheated oven 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  2. For the glaze, mix all the ingredients until smooth. Dip top of cupcakes in glaze and set on wire or wax paper to dry. Makes 8 dozen mini muffins!
