Breakfast Wrap


8 scrambled eggs (4 whole eggs, 4 just egg whites) scrambled and cooked to your liking
11/2 cups sauteed Dandy Spinach
3/4 cup low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
4 Whole Wheat small tortillas


Starting with the eggs, place 1/4 of each ingredient listed above on a whole wheat tortilla.  Carefully roll to form a wrap and enjoy!
