Roasted Radishes with Orange and Rosemary

What You Need

  • 1 pound Dandy® Radishes, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely minced
  • Salt
  • 1 orange, peel and pith removed, cut into slices

Make It

 
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with foil and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, toss radishes with olive oil and rosemary. Place on baking pan and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Roast radishes for about 25-30 minutes until tender and lightly browned in spots.
  4. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Serve warm with orange slices.
