In a blender combine water, pineapple and sugar. Puree until smooth. Pour mixture into a pitcher or serving container. Stir in lime juice and minced Dandy® Radishes.
Taste, then add additional sugar, if necessary. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Aqua Fresca may be served over ice, although it is better if the entire mixture is refrigerated before serving (as ice will water down the combination).
