Combine cream cheese, cheese, cumin, onion powder, fresh and canned jalapeños, green onions, salt, pepper, and ⅓ cup of chopped bacon. Using a spoon or rubber spatula mix all ingredients thoroughly.
To make coating combine reserved portions in a shallow bowl or plate ¼ cup green onion (green parts only), parsley, 1 T fresh jalapeños minced and reserved ⅓ cup chopped bacon.
Using 2 oz ice cream scoop, portion 8 equal balls, placing them in a shallow bowl to roll and cover with coating.
Serve with Dandy Celery sticks and Dandy Radish Coins
