- Toasted Nori Dressing: In blender, pulse nori, vinegar, canola oil, soy sauce, hot sauce, sesame oil, sugar and pickled ginger until smooth.
- Salad: Preheat grill to medium heat; grease grate well. Sprinkle broccoli and sweet corn with salt and pepper. Grill corn for 15 to 18 minutes or until grill-marked and tender; let cool. Grill broccoli for 6 to 8 minutes or until grill-marked and tender. Remove kernels from cobs. Chop broccoli into bite-size pieces.
- Toss broccoli and corn with dressing; add watercress, carrot and red onion, tossing gently. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve broccoli and corn salad.
Tip: To toast nori, place on a baking sheet and broil for about 30 seconds or until very crisp.
