- Toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce into a bowl. Set aside.
- Make the salad by combining romaine, celery, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and black pepper in a separate bowl. Mix well.
- To assemble wraps: spoon about 1/4 cup buffalo chicken along the center of each tortilla, leaving a small border at each end; top with Caesar salad. Fold up the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Slice in half diagonally.
