What You Need

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce of choice
  • 2 cups Dandy® romaine hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup Dandy® celery, chopped (about 4 ribs)
  • 1/3 Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch suggested)

Make It

  1. Toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce into a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Make the salad by combining romaine, celery, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and black pepper in a separate bowl. Mix well.
  3. To assemble wraps: spoon about 1/4 cup buffalo chicken along the center of each tortilla, leaving a small border at each end; top with Caesar salad. Fold up the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Slice in half diagonally.
