Buffalo Hummus

  1. Add the drained chickpeas, tahini, buffalo sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic to a food processor and puree until smooth - stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add water through the lid until desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Spread hummus onto a serving plate or bowl. Garnish (if desired) with dairy free blue cheese, chopped chives, paprika, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with fresh veggies and pita chips for dipping.
