- Prepare grill to medium-high heat, 400º- 450º F. Alternatively, you can use a grill pan on the stovetop.
- Place corn directly over hot side of grill and cook, turning occasionally, until charred on all sides and tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove corn and let it cool. Then cut the kernels from the cob.
- To a large mixing bowl, add corn kernels, chopped avocado, black beans, red onion, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
- Add 1 cup salsa verde and gently mix to combine.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
