- Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
- Plate the hummus in a shallow bowl, cover in plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
- Optional: Decorate with chopped purple onions, roasted chickpeas,
cherry tomatoes, parsley, lemon wedges, and crushed red pepper.
