What You Need

  • 2 cans (15 oz cans) Organic Chickpeas (drain one can and reserve water from the second can)
  • ¾ cup Tahini
  • Juice from 1 Large Lemon
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt (adjust to your taste)
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • Dandy® Celery for dipping
  • Dandy® Radishes for dipping

Make It

  1. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  2. Plate the hummus in a shallow bowl, cover in plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
  3. Optional: Decorate with chopped purple onions, roasted chickpeas,
    cherry tomatoes, parsley, lemon wedges, and crushed red pepper.
  4. Serve with Dandy® Celery & Dandy® Radishes!
