In a mason jar fitted with a lid combine the mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, agave syrup, orange zest and juice, salt and pepper; shake to combine.
Pour over the Dandy Celery salad , toss well and serve with crushed Marcona Almonds and cheese grated over the top.
So simple, So delicious. Serve with a grilled piece of meat or as a side to a roasted dish. Great on a pulled pork sandwich or simply as the main event.
