Using a grill pan or on the grill, cook 1/2 of the celery sticks and the strawberries until soft with grill marks on either side.
While it grills, mix all the dressing ingredients in a jar.
Now cut the grilled and raw celery sticks on an angle into ¼” pieces.
Toss all the salad ingredients into a mixing bowl along with the salad dressing. Mix well.
Plate and enjoy!
