Salad with Grilled Strawberries and Celery, Berries, Burrata with a Citrus Vinaigrette

What You Need

For the salad:
  • 4 sticks of Dandy Celery, divided
  • 4 California Giant Berry Farms strawberries, cut in half
  • Handful of California Giant Berry Farms blackberries 
  • California Giant Berry Farms blueberries
  • California Giant Berry Farms raspberries
  • 1 medium burrata ball, cut in half
  • 3 cups arugula 
  • Handful of hemp seeds

For the dressing:

  • 3 tbsp orange juice 
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 1.5 tbsp dijon mustard 
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp cup olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt 

Make It

  1. Using a grill pan or on the grill, cook 1/2 of the celery sticks and the strawberries until soft with grill marks on either side. 

  2. While it grills, mix all the dressing ingredients in a jar. 

  3. Now cut the grilled and raw celery sticks on an angle into ¼” pieces.

  4. Toss all the salad ingredients into a mixing bowl along with the salad dressing. Mix well.

  5. Plate and enjoy!
