- Preheat grill to medium heat; grease grate well. Grill Dandy Sweet Corn for 15 to 18 minutes or until grill-marked and tender. Let cool slightly. Remove kernels from cobs.
- Meanwhile, whisk together oil, vinegar, shallot, mustard, honey, salt and pepper until blended. Toss couscous with vinaigrette; stir in corn, pea shoots, peas, radishes, mint and chives. Sprinkle with feta.
Tips:
- Substitute baby spinach or arugula for pea shoots if desired.
- Substitute goat cheese for feta cheese if desired.
