- Remove corn from tray. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes and let cool before cutting each cob into 4 pieces. This softens the cob and makes the skewering process easier!
- Layer corn, steak, bell peppers and onions on skewers.
- Brush with olive oil and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill on high heat until steak is cooked to desired doneness.
