Steak, Pepper, and Corn Kabobs

What You Need

  • 4 cobs Dandy® Sweet Tray Pack Corn
  • 1 pound sirloin or tenderloin steak, cut into 1 ½ inch chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded, cut into 1 ½ inch pieces
  • 1 orange bell pepper, seeded, cut into 1 ½ inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1 ½ inch pieces
  • 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Make It

  1. Remove corn from tray. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes and let cool before cutting each cob into 4 pieces. This softens the cob and makes the skewering process easier!
  2. Layer corn, steak, bell peppers and onions on skewers.
  3. Brush with olive oil and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Grill on high heat until steak is cooked to desired doneness.
