For the everything but the bagel seasoning flavor/ plain:
- In a food processor or high-powered blender, blend the cottage cheese until creamy and no chunks remain. About 1-2 minutes.
- Divide the whipped cottage cheese evenly among the celery and sprinkle on everything but the bagel seasoning. ENJOY!
For the buffalo flavor:
- In a food processor or high-powered blender, blend the cottage cheese and buffalo sauce together until creamy and no chunks remain.
- Divide the whipped buffalo cottage cheese evenly among the celery and sprinkle a little shredded cheese (optional). ENJOY!
For the avocado flavor:
- In a food processor or high-powered blender, blend the cottage cheese and avocado together until creamy and no chunks remain.
- Divide the whipped cottage cheese evenly among the celery and top with the optional Pico de Gallo. ENJOY!
Notes:
Place any leftovers in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to a week (the avocado flavor will likely only last a few days before really browning).
- You can add a splash of lemon juice to the avocado flavored whipped cottage cheese to help it brown slower.
