What You Need
General Recipe
- 5 stalks of Dandy® celery, cut 3–4-inch pieces (I cut each stalk into thirds)
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the buffalo flavor:
- Add in 2-4 tablespoons of buffalo sauce (Start with 2-3 tablespoons and add more as desired)
- Optional for serving: shredded Mexican blend cheese
For the everything bagel seasoning flavor:
- 1-2 tablespoons of everything but the bagel seasoning
For the avocado flavor:
- + 1 avocado
- Optional for serving: Pico de Gallo
