Crab & Chive Baked Dip

What You Need

  • 16 oz. Dungeness crab meat, cleaned
  • 6 oz. sour cream
  • Zest and juice of 1 Dandy® Lemon
  • 1/2 cup Dandy® Celery; chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh Chives; chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese; softened
  • 1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Pkg. Dandy® Celery Sticks
  • 1 Pkg. Dandy® Radish Coins

Make It

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl combine the crab meat, sour cream, lemon, chopped celery, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, Kosher salt, 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until blended, then transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Place in oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve immediately with Dandy Celery sticks and Radish Coins.
