Dandy Radish and Ricotta Bruschetta

What You Need

1-4 oz package Dandy® Radish Ministicks

1 tablespoon Raspberry Vinaigrette

½ cup whole milk ricotta

1 tablespoon honey

½ teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoon olive oil

4 slices Ciabatta or Francese or sourdough bread

4 basil leaves for garnish

Make It

In a small bowl, fold together ricotta cheese and honey; set aside. Brush the sliced bread with olive oil and toast or grill until golden brown. In another small bowl, combine Dandy Radish Ministicks, raspberry vinaigrette, salt and pepper; toss to combine.

To assemble spread ricotta cheese on toast, top with radishes and drizzle with any remaining vinaigrette. Top with basil leaves. Serve immediately.
