What You Need

Salad

  • 1 (1.25 lb) bag  Dandy® celery sticks
  • 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley 

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons jarred chopped Calabrian chilis
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 lemon, juice & zest
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Make It

  1. Use a vegetable peeler to make thin celery ribbons and add them to a large salad bowl with the sliced apple, walnuts, green onion, and parsley.
  2. Add all of the dressing ingredients to a mason jar. Screw on the lid tightly and shake well to combine. Pour over the salad and toss to coat. Taste and add more salt if needed, then serve.
