What You Need

Slaw Ingredients:

  • 2 granny smith apples (chopped in matchstick style)
  • 1 4 oz bag Dandy Radish Ministicks
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives

Lemon Honey Vinaigrette:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (about 1 lemons worth of juice)
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon zest (about 1 lemons worth of zest)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper

Make It

1. Make vinaigrette: In a small bowl, or mason jar, mix together vinaigrette ingredients. Set aside.
2. In a medium size bowl, combine matchstick cut apples, Dandy Matchstick Radishes, and chives.
3. Stir dressing before drizzling over apples and radishes.
4. Toss well to combine. Salad will last for up to 2 days in the refrigerator. Store in a lidded container.
