What You Need

  • 4 Ounces Celery Juice (fresh, approximately 1 pound Dandy® Celery branches, reserve hearts for garnish)

  • 4 Ounces Lime Juice (fresh, about 3 to 4 limes)

  • 4 Ounces Simple Syrup

  • 12 Ounces Seltzer Water

  • 4 – 12 Ounce Collins Glasses

  • 2 Ounces Favorite Botanical Gin, per glass

  • Garnish: Lime Wheel & Dandy® Celery Heart Branch

Make It

  1. In a pitcher mix the celery juice, lime juice and simple syrup. Stir to combine. Fill four glasses with crushed ice. Divide the sweetened celery juice mixture between the glasses (about 3 ounces each). Add gin if using and fill the rest of the glass with seltzer (about 3 ounces). Garnish with a lime wheel and celery heart branch, which will double as your swizzle stick to stir.
