What You Need

  • 1 2.5 pound bag Dandy ready-to-use celery sticks - cut in half
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 2 ounces cooked and crumbled bacon - about 8 ounces uncooked
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley - or 1 tablespoon fresh
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce - optional

Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl.
  2. Using a table knife or frosting spatula, stuff each piece of celery with the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Store stuffed celery in a tight-fitting container for up to 24 hours. Store the cream cheese mixture for up to 5 days.
