What You Need

Salad:

  • 3 Cups Lettuce, shredded

  • 2 Cups Red Cabbage, shredded

  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro Leaves

  • 2 Cups Shredded chicken breast meat

  • 1/2 Cup Canned Mandarin Oranges, drained

  • 1 Cup wonton crisps

  • 1 Cup Crispy Chow Mein Noodles

  • 1 Cup Sliced Dandy® Celery

  • 1 Cup Dandy® Radish Coins

  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Red Fresno chilies (optional)

  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds


Dressing:

  • 3 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp. Honey

  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

  • 1 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tsp. Ginger, minced

  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Make It

Salad:

  1. In a large bowl, toss together lettuce, red cabbage and cilantro. Top lettuce and cabbage mixture with the cooked chicken, mandarin oranges, wonton crisps, chow mein noodles, Dandy® Celery, Dandy® Radish Coins and sliced almonds.

Dressing:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, honey, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Slowly drizzle in olive oil, whisking constantly until emulsified. Before serving, drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine.
