What You NeedBBQ Chicken Salad
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 6 cups Dandy® romaine hearts, chopped - about 3 romaine hearts
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup Dandy® sweet corn kernels, about 1 each
- 1/4 cup Dandy® Radish MiniSticks
- Crushed tortilla chips or strips, for garnish
- BBQ Ranch Dressing (recipe to follow)
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
