What You Need
- 4 ears Dandy Super Sweet Corn, stripped from cob
- 4 Dandy celery branches, sliced
- 1 pkg Dandy radish coins
- 2 cups green beans, blanched
- 2 cups mixed color marble potatoes, boiled till fork tender and cooled
- 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 cups baby kale, mustard greens or arugula
