What You Need

  • 8 oz. Feta cheese, drained
  • 4 oz. strained yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, blanched
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1-2 pinches of sea salt flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon Zátar spice blend
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1 tablespoon dill leaves, fresh
  • Pomegranate arils
  • Flower petals, such as Nasturtiums or Marigolds
  • Cracked black pepper
  • 1 package Dandy® Radish Coins
  • 1 package Dandy® Celery Sticks
  • Toasted pita bread

Make It

Blanching Garlic:

In a small pot, boil the garlic cloves in water for 6 minutes, once the garlic is soft, drain off the water and set the garlic cloves aside.

Feta Board:

In the bowl of your food processor, combine the drained feta cheese, yogurt, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula as necessary. Once the mixture is smooth, scrape out the contents and smear the mixture over your wooden cutting board, leaving plenty of grooves and crevices for the goodies to fall into. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes, Zátar spice mixture, lemon zest, dill leaves, pomegranate arils, flower petals and cracked pepper. Serve with Dandy® Radish Coins and Dandy® Celery Sticks as well as toasted pita bread.
