What You Need

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Dandy® Celery (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Breadcrumb Topping

  • 3 tbsp panko crumbs
  • 1 tsp butter

Make It

1.  Allow cream cheese to soften for about 20 minutes outside of refrigerator.

2. While cream cheese is softening, prepare breadcrumb topping (if desired). Add butter and bread crumbs to a pan on medium heat, and stir until fully combined. Bread crumbs will toast in about 2-3 minutes time. Remove from heat immediately once toasted as desired.

3. Add cream cheese, pickles, celery, pickle juice, dill, salt, and pepper to bowl. Mix until fully combined. Transfer to serving bowl.
*Reserve some celery and chopped pickles for garnish.

4. Before serving, sprinkle dip with cooled, toasted breadcrumbs, pickles and celery. Serve with crackers & Dandy® Celery Dippers.
