Everything Bagel Hummus with Celery Dippers

What You Need

  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup runny tahini
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • ¼ cup olive oil, plus more for topping
  • ¼ cup water, more to desired consistency
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 (14) oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoons everything but the bagel seasoning, plus more for topping
  • Dandy Celery sticks

Make It

  1. Add the lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, water, and garlic to a food processor fitted with the S blade. Process until smooth with no visible pieces of garlic, about 2 minutes.

  2. Scrape the bottom, tahini tends to get stuck there, and process again.

  3. Add in the salt, cumin, and chickpeas.

  4. Process until super smooth and creamy, about 4-5 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.

  5. Add in 1 tablespoon of everything but the bagel seasoning and pulse to mix. Serve topped with olive oil and more seasoning!

  6. Serve with Dandy Celery sticks and enjoy!
