What You Need

  • 1 pkg. fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup Dandy® Celery; chopped
  • ½ cup red onion; minced
  • 2 Dandy® lemons; juice and zest
  • 1 tbsp. ginger; minced
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. fresh mint; chopped
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

Make It

  1. In a food processor, pulse the fresh cranberries until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add celery, red onion, zest and juice of Dandy® lemon, minced ginger and sugar.
  3. Pulse a few more times until combined.
  4. Remove relish from food processor and add to bowl then stir in mint and pepper.
  5. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
