Lemon Mulled Brandy Cider

What You Need

1 gallon apple cider

1 Dandy® Lemons; cut into quarters

1 1 inch piece of ginger

4 whole cloves

2 cinnamon sticks

8 oz. Brandy

Dandy® Lemon slices for serving

Make It

  1. In a Medium pot, heat the cider with the Dandy® Lemon wedges and ginger.
  2. Add the cloves and cinnamon sticks, simmer for 1-2 hours, covered.
  3. Serve warm in a mug with 2 oz. Brandy and 6 oz. Mulled cider and a slice of Dandy® lemon.
