What You Need

  • 2 slices cinnamon-raisin bread, toasted
  • 2-3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 5-6 seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1-2 Dandy celery sticks, sliced on the diagonal
  • 1 tablespoon granola
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Kale, mustard greens, or arugula

Make It

 

1. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the surface of the toasted bread.

2. Top with grapes and sliced celery.

3. Sprinkle with the granola and drizzle with the maple syrup.

4. Enjoy immediately.
