What You Need
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 4 cups Black Gold Red Potatoes, with skins, diced and steamed (see instructions below)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 cups apples, with skins, diced
- 1 cup Dandy celery, diced
- ½ cup yellow onion, diced
- ¼-½ teaspoon crushed pepper flakes
- ⅓ cup 100% maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon rosemary, fresh, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon sage, fresh, chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
