Serves 4-6

What You Need

  •  2 cups peeled and diced fresh pineapple
  •  1 cup sliced Dandy Ready Radishes (from about 6-8 radishes)
  •  2 scallions, white and light green portions thinly sliced
  •  3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  •  1 tablespoon minced jalapeño pepper
  •  1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
  •  1/4 tsp. salt

Make It

1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl, tossing to combine. 

2. You can serve this salsa immediately. Or cover and refrigerate it for up to 1 day before serving.
