Rosemary Garlic Radish Chips
What You Need
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (one) 8-ounce package Dandy® Radish Coins
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Additional salt if desired
Make It
- Preheat oven to 350F. In a small bowl, mix together the rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place radish coins in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high about 1 to 2 minutes, until radishes are tender and have released some moisture. Pat dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine radish coins, olive oil, and herb mixture. Toss well to combine. Spread out in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until radishes begin to brown and crisp up. Take any crisp ones off the baking sheet and place on a paper-towel lined plate. Place un-crisp radish chips back into the warm oven to continue to crisp, checking every few minutes and removing the crisped chips as needed.
- Tip: Go light on the salt at the beginning, as these chips shrink down and can get very salty.
