What You Need
- 3 ribs Dandy® Celery diced
- 1 white onion diced
- 2 Carrots peeled and diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3/4 cup green beans
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 6 cups chicken stock *sub vegetable stock to make soup vegetarian
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 15 oz can cannellini beans drained and rinsed *can sub kidney beans
- 1 zucchini diced
- 1 cup ditalini pasta *can sub elbow macaroni
- shredded parmesan cheese for serving
