What You Need
- 1 slice bread, toasted (sourdough recommended, but any bread will do)
- 2 tablespoons plain cream cheese, softened
- 1 Dandy Ready Radish, julienned into thin matchsticks or sliced thin
- 2-4 slices cucumber, sliced thin
- 2 ounces smoked salmon, sliced thin
- ½ tablespoon everything bagel seasoning, plus more to taste
- 1 sprig of fresh dill, chopped (or ¼ tsp dried dill)
- Fresh lemon zest, to garnish (optional)
