What You Need

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornmeal
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 cups Dandy Sweet Corn, divided
  • 1 cup vegan unsweetened plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup vegan butter, melted

Make It

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
