Grilled Corn on the Cob

What You Need

  • 6 large Dandy corn on the cob, shucked and brushed with olive oil
  • 1/4 c butter, softened
  • 1/4 c olive oil mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
  • zest of 1 Dandy lemon
  • 3 oz. asiago cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Tbsp. everglades seasoning season salt
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin powder

Make It

  1. Preheat grill to medium high.
  2. Place each oiled corn on the cob in a piece of aluminum foil. Roll and secure ends.
  3. Grill for 15 minutes or until corn is tender.
  4. Next, combine ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  5. Brush hot corn on the cob with the mixture.
  6. Finish by topping with additional chives.
