  • ¼ tsp. Maldon Sea Salt
  • 1 loaf favorite bread sliced

Make It

  1. Preheat Broiler on your oven.
  2. On a clean cutting board cut the Brie in half, through the center making two rounds, lay them cut side up on a oven proof platter.
  3. In a small sauce pan, heat the cranberries, sugar and white wine over medium high heat.
  4. Cook for 8 minutes or until cranberries have burst and syrup has formed, be careful not to burn.
  5. While cranberries are cooking, peel and dice 1 of the apples and slice ½ of the celery sticks into ⅛ inch slices and set aside.
  6. Once cranberries are cooked, place the brie under the broiler for 3-5 minutes to melt, remove from oven and top with diced apple, sliced Dandy Celery and pour cranberry jam over the top.
  7. Sprinkle with the mixed seeds, cracked black pepper and sea salt serve with sliced bread, Dandy® Celery Sticks and the other apple sliced into wedges.
