What You Need

  • 1 pounds shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  • 2 cobs Dandy® Sweet Corn, each cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ pound andouille sausage, sliced
  • 1 pound baby red potatoes, halved
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2.5 Tbsp Tony Chachere's seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Juice of Dandy® lemon
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Make It

  1. Preheat grill or oven on high heat
  2. Prepare 4 sheets of heavy duty foil, about 12 inches long
  3. Microwave whole potatoes for 3 minutes to progress cooking
  4. Toss shrimp, minced garlic, parsley and olive oil in a large bowl to combine and coat.
  5. Divide shrimp, corn, sausage, and potatoes among the foil sheets, placing all ingredients in the center of each sheet. Season with Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and a generous squeeze of lemon juice.
  6. Fold the foil inward, covering the shrimp boil mixture. Ensure each foil packet is sealed tightly, crimping the edges.
  7. Place foil packet on the grill or in the oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender
